Why Sunflower Baby?

Baby boy is due at the very end of the Summer. (The first day of Fall this year is September 22.) Sunflowers are a late Summer flower in many areas. Mother used to decorate the house with silk arrangements made of sunflowers and pine cones for the season. Every time I see a sunflower, I think of baby boy. I was very excited when I went to Hobby Lobby and saw the Fall floral decorations on the shelves. It was a happy reminder that my little one will be here soon!
